Oxford won the Oxford Cambridge Yachting Varsity Match 2018, sailed in Sunsail F40's on 24/25 March at Port Solent as part of the Sunsail Weekend Series. They further emphasised their superiority by winning the Trophy (2nd) Fleet competition at the BUCS/BUSA Yachting Championships, sailed 26-29 March at Port Solent.
Solent Black won the main competition from the 8 universities that qualified for the top fleet. Cambridge experienced a disappointing time in both events, finishing well down in the results. Commiserations to Cambridge and congratulations to Oxford on a great result!
